The role of civil society institutions in the implementation of the family policy of the state

Abstract. The article examines the role of civil society institutions in the implementation of the family policy of the state. The study analyzes the problems associated with the position of the family in modern society, examines practical issues related to the contribution of non-profit socially oriented organizations to improving the situation. In the theoretical part of the work, both new and already established views on the subject under study are considered, the positions and opinions of various scientists are given, taking into account the socio-cultural and political life of our society in the context of the problem raised. The article provides examples of successful interaction between the state and civil society institutions in the field of family policy, and also points out the need for further development of such partnerships in order to achieve a common goal — strengthening family values and improving the quality of life of citizens. In the end, it is concluded that the work of non-profit organizations has a great contribution to solving key problems related to family well-being, despite the difficulties they face. The researcher’s own vision is formulated regarding the further development of the discussion raised, which is expressed in the fact that, together with state bodies and organizations, civil society institutions should take an active part in the development and implementation of programs and projects aimed at supporting families and creating favorable conditions for their development. The article can be useful both for specialists in the field of law and social policy, and for a wide audience interested in discussing the modern challenges of family relations.
