Author’s rights policy
The authors, in retaining the copyright of the work, agree with the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license (CC-BY) and grant the Journal the right of first publication. Creative Commons is a non-profit organisation and the eponymous family of public licenses. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
All authors are invited to read the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license (CC-BY) at https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ or its full text at https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode.
The Publisher acts in accordance with Ch. 70, Part 4 of the RF Civil Code (http://www.consultant.ru/document/cons_doc_LAW_64629/).
According to this law, the following items are NOT eligible for copyright protection:
- ideas, methods, processes, systems, techniques, concepts, principles, discoveries;
- official documents;
- state symbols and signs;
- works of folk art;
- messages about events and facts of an informational character.
