The problem of suicide among young people in the modern world and innovative methods of identifying risk groups

Abstract. The article analyses modern approaches of psychodiagnostics for identification of risk groups among students, considers advantages and disadvantages of methods of diagnostics and monitoring of cases of conscious end of life. Selected a number of the most popular and effective questionnaires for diagnosing persons with depressive and suicidal symptoms. An analytical analysis of a number of statistics of completed suicides throughout Russia has been conducted and the regions of anti-leaders have been identified, and suicide statistics have been derived separately for the student youth. Described and distributed according to the gradation of the causes of suicide by people aged 18-30. The popular concepts of foreign psychologists on the main topic are given. The article considers an innovative method of detection of suicidal tendencies in young people, which is based on artificial intelligence. Intelligent algorithms can scan the text of posts on social networks, detect the presence of keywords and phrases that may indicate suicidal intentions, and identify common topics related to depression and suffering. The artificial intelligence method greatly enhances the ability of psychologists to prevent suicidal behavior. This article is of interest in the study of disciplines related to psychiatry, suicide and social and social sciences. The analytical findings sufficiently reveal the stated problems. The most important aspects related to the risks of suicidal behavior in student communities, as well as methods of prevention and monitoring of cases of voluntary death among youth were touched upon. The article pays considerable attention to the possible reasons that lead to suicide, their diversity and versatility.
