Abstract. The purpose of this article is to analyze the essence of the feminist school of criminology. The subject of this article is the feminist school of Criminology. The feminist school of Criminology has been closely associated with the emergence of Second-Wave feminism, and it speaks from a variety of perspectives developed by different feminist writers.
According to the results of the study, it was concluded that the feminist school emphasized that most violent crimes are caused by aggressive forms of masculinity and that crime is the result of inequality in society.
The research in its content has all the signs of interdisciplinarity. In particular, based on the analysis of scientific research in the field of criminology, sociology, gender theory, guided by general methodological approaches.
