Abstract. The digitalization of law has a significant impact on the legal system, introducing new legal technologies and changing traditional approaches to law enforcement. This requires the adaptation of national legislation to global standards of the digital age, data protection and ensuring the security of personal information. International cooperation plays an important role in creating a unified approach to legal regulation in the context of global digital transformation. Optimization of legal regulation and flexibility of legislation are necessary for successful adaptation to the rapidly changing digital space. Priority areas for the further development of legal regulation in the context of digitalization are increasing transparency and improving data protection.
The article examines the processes of legal digitalization and their impact on the legal system. It explores the main legal technologies that are actively being implemented in the field of jurisprudence, as well as their advantages and potential risks associated with changes to traditional approaches to law enforcement. The analysis focuses on issues of data protection, international cooperation, and the need to adapt national legislation to global standards of the digital era. Special attention is given to challenges related to ensuring the security of personal information in the context of expanding digitalization, including the regulation of artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies in legal practice. Additionally, the role of international cooperation in creating a unified approach to legal regulation in the context of global digital transformation is highlighted, which allows for enhanced coordination between states. Recommendations are proposed to optimize legal regulation considering new technological realities, emphasizing the need for legislative flexibility to successfully adapt to the rapidly evolving digital space. The conclusion identifies priority areas for further development of legal regulation in the context of digitalization, including measures to increase transparency and improve data protection. The article aims to serve as a foundation for discussions and research in the field of digital law, offering relevant solutions and approaches to improving the legal framework in the context of rapid technological progress and globalization.
