The main trends in the formation of the structure of the virtual identity of young people

Abstract. This article provides an overview of the importance of youth studies across the humanities. The approaches of sociology, psychology, physiology, demography and other sciences to the study of youth are considered. Particular attention is paid to the transition of young people to another age category and problems. Social scientists assess the transition of young people to another age category as temporary difficulties that can be overcome in the process of growing up and personality formation. They recognize that youth play an important role in shaping society and its development, but note that the problems associated with this transition should not be addressed by the problems of youth, the humanities seek to understand and explain various aspects of their lives, including social, psychological, physiological and demographic factors. They explore the influences of family, education, peers, popular culture, technology, and other areas. When an author writes about young people, he takes into account their unique needs and interests. Youth strive to find their place in society, develop their talents, achieve their dreams and contribute to the world. They are looking for inspiration, support and the opportunity to develop as individuals.
