The discourse of expert knowledge in the digital society

Abstract. In the presented article, the expert discourse within the digital society was analyzed and presented. Approaching the problems of this article, the main theoretical provisions that are relevant to study in the framework of the development of the topic of the work were identified. Within the framework of the presented work, the main problems of the discourse of expert knowledge were revealed, the desired dichotomy was identified in the assessments of the expert community, which is the one who reproduces expert knowledge and the institutions that produce public knowledge. The problematic is expressed in social and structural aspects, supported by both theoretical views from scientific publications and the analysis of concrete examples of the development of discourse in a problematic environment. The analytical component of the development of expert discourse as a phenomenological unit is also presented, the main personalities involved in the development of this problem are presented in the context of both Western and domestic studies. The subject field was updated, which includes the analysis of discourse, and various points of view on this subject field were presented. The area of limitation of the above analysis is indicated. The analysis of scientific publications makes it possible to consider the studied problem in its development and within the framework of alternative and opposing judgments. The complexity and ambiguity in the assessments of the discourse and the problem areas of its analysis are indicated. An analytical conclusion was made that allows us to determine the place of the analysis of discursive practices in the dichotomy of the gap between philistine and expert assessments, in the context of the research field. The results of this work are valuable for the theoretical understanding of the stated problems, as well as for the level of specific applied research in the field of the study of speech acts. Conclusions and analytical provisions can be used in social and social sciences, as well as in the implementation of methods of social design and management, social engineering. The work presents an exhaustive knowledge of the image and formation of expert discourse in the modern digital society and actualizes poorly developed issues based on trends in the research industry.
