The rapid development of technologies such as the Internet, artificial intelligence and cloud computing forms new challenges for national security and identity. Russia, as one of the world&#8217;s leading powers, faces the need to protect its information space from external influences such as sanctions, cyberattacks and attempts to control global digital platforms. Without effective control over digital resources, there is a threat of subordination of the Russian economy and social system to external actors. The work corresponds to the direction of research in the specialty 5.5.2 Political Institutions, Processes, Technologies. The aim is to study the role of technology and public policy in strengthening Russia&#8217;s digital sovereignty.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The main objectives include:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analyzing the concept of digital sovereignty and its significance for modern Russia.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Examining key technological solutions aimed at ensuring digital sovereignty.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Evaluation of government policy measures and legislation in this area.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Identification of the main challenges and threats facing Russia in the context of digital transformation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Technological independence is impossible without state support, and a policy without a technical base becomes declarative.
