There is an expansion of the boundaries of the healthcare sector from a purely medical to a political dimension. The author addresses the issue of defining the \u00abstate digital policy of the Russian Federation in healthcare\u00bb and, based on existing approaches regarding the concepts of \u00abstate policy\u00bb and \u00abdigital policy\u00bb, offers a generalized understanding of the object under study. The article presents the author&#8217;s systematization of the criteria for the state digital policy of the Russian Federation in healthcare, according to which the criteria are considered in two aspects: as a sign (property), and also as a qualitative characteristic. When considering the criteria of the state digital policy of the Russian Federation in healthcare as a sign (property), the author analyzed the criteria for the institutional, regulatory and functional nature of the state digital policy of the Russian Federation in healthcare, aimed at the optimal combination of traditional technologies for the development of domestic healthcare and the digital transformation of this socially significant industry. To describe the qualitative characteristics of the state digital policy of the Russian Federation in healthcare, the author proceeds from the goal setting of the state policy of the Russian Federation in healthcare itself, which is fixed by the priority national goals of the Russian Federation for the period until 2030, providing for the \u00abpreservation of the population, health and well-being of people\u00bb.
